No Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our policy regarding domain provisioning irreversibility prior to completing orders.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy on Domain Registrations: Due to international registry protocols and automated registry fee allocation, once a domain name registration, renewal, or transfer has been executed, the action is irreversible and non-refundable under all circumstances.

1. Why Domain Names Are Non-Refundable

Unlike physical merchandise or cancelable recurring hosting services, domain names are unique digital assets created instantly at global central registries (such as VeriSign for .com and .net, or Public Interest Registry for .org).

  • The instant a domain is registered, registry licensing fees are collected immediately and permanently by the central registry operator.
  • Registries do not permit refunds, name spelling changes, or post-purchase credit for registered domains.
  • Therefore, Noctis Cloud cannot offer refunds or cancellations once a domain registration command has been dispatched.

2. Domain Name Spelling & Extension Verification

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the domain spelling and chosen extension (e.g., .com vs .shop) are 100% correct before submitting the order and confirming payment.

  • Mistyped or misspelled domain names cannot be corrected or substituted after registration.
  • If an incorrect domain was ordered and provisioned, the customer must place a new order for the intended spelling.

3. Domain Transfers

When initiating a domain transfer to Noctis Cloud:

  • Ensure the domain is unlocked at your losing registrar and that the correct EPP/Auth code is supplied.
  • If a transfer fails due to an incorrect EPP code or registry transfer lock, our team will assist you in re-initiating the transfer request at no extra charge. However, cash refunds will not be issued.

4. Exceptional Exceptions (Pre-Provisioning Only)

A full refund or payment reversal may only be granted if:

  • The bank slip / payment was received, but the domain has not yet been registered at the central registry (e.g. if the domain was taken by a third party between order placement and slip verification).
  • In such events, you will be offered an alternative extension or an immediate full refund to your original bank account.
